Thai Style Beef Salad

A wonderful steak served with hot steamed rice and any vegetable dish.

Beef Salad

  • 1/2 lb New York Steak
  • 1 leaf lettuce (green)
  • 1/2 tomato (sliced into thin pieces)
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/4 cup sliced red and green bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 green onion (sliced)
  1. Marinate steak with fish sauce for approx. 5 minutes. Grill steak until done to desired degree. Slice and set aside.

  2. Line a large platter with green leaf lettuce. Arrange all ingredients on top of lettuce and pour dressing over all the ingredients. Garnish with cilantro.
