A wonderful steak served with hot steamed rice and any vegetable dish.
Beef Salad
- 1/2 lb New York Steak
- 1 leaf lettuce (green)
- 1/2 tomato (sliced into thin pieces)
- 1/2 cup cucumber slices
- 1/4 cup sliced red and green bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 green onion (sliced)

Marinate steak with fish sauce for approx. 5 minutes. Grill steak until done to desired degree. Slice and set aside.

Line a large platter with green leaf lettuce. Arrange all ingredients on top of lettuce and pour dressing over all the ingredients. Garnish with cilantro.
